Position specific training is a very popular choice with the Joner 1on1
Clients. We have a lot of players that are looking to improve their game an
the position that they play in. For example, You would not have a defender
working on loads of shooting drills, that is unrealistic when it comes to
match days.

We work with the following positions:

Central defenders (3 & 4)
Full backs (2 & 5)
Holding midfielders (6)
Central midfielders (8)
