Joner Football Online Mindset Seminar – Terms & Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which participants engage in the Joner Football Online Mindset Seminar delivered via Zoom by Coach Lee.
Payment Terms
- Full payment for the Joner Football Online Mindset Seminar must be made prior to the start of the seminar.
- Access details (Zoom link) will only be provided after successful registration and payment.
Participation Waiver & Liability Agreement
- I understand that while this is an online seminar, there are responsibilities associated with participation, including respectful behavior, appropriate use of chat functions, and constructive engagement in group breakout activities.
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, functioning audio/video setup, and a safe, distraction-free environment to participate in the seminar.
- I understand that Joner Football and its representatives are not responsible for technical issues on my side that may impact my ability to attend or participate.
- I acknowledge that while topics such as mindset, confidence, and dealing with pressure will be discussed, the seminar is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If I require such support, I will seek help from a qualified professional.
Media Consent
- By agreeing to this seminar agreement, I give permission for Joner Football to record parts of the seminar (including Q&A and breakout sessions) for quality, training, or promotional purposes.
- I consent for Joner Football to use images, video, or audio clips from the seminar for social media, marketing, and future seminar promotion.
- If I do not wish to be featured, I will turn off my video and refrain from using identifiable personal information in chat or Q&A sessions.
Refund & Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made 5 days or more before the seminar start date will receive a full refund (minus Stripe/PayPal transaction fees).
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the seminar start date are non-refundable. However, participants who cannot attend will be provided access to a recorded seminar session upon request.
- No-shows on the day of the seminar are considered cancellations within 5 days and are non-refundable.
Code of Conduct
- Participants must show respect toward the coach and other attendees at all times.
- Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior (including in breakout rooms or chat functions) will result in removal from the seminar without refund.
- Each participant is expected to contribute positively during group discussions and activities.
- Sharing Zoom links or recorded seminar content with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited.
Acknowledgement
- By agreeing and clicking the box during registration, I confirm that:
- I have read, fully understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
- I participate voluntarily, take full responsibility for my involvement, and release Joner Football from any liability connected to my participation.
- This agreement is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
