This is a good team mate. They are pushing you outside your comfort zone, they know you can do better, they know you have more to give, it’s actually opposite, it means they care about you playing better.

I talk about this EVERYDAY in my coaching about raising your own standards. Don’t accept an average training session or an average drill or an average set. Make it your best one. Be a good teammate and DRIVE the standards
