6 Week Passing & 1st Touch Program

About:

The Passing & 1st touch 6-week Challenge is designed to improve your passing & 1st touch & awareness skills. However, each session within the program gets harder and harder.

There is a big focus on weight of touch, weight of pass & working on a variety of touches. Complete 12 sessions in 6 weeks, 2 sessions a week, and you will have a chance to win awesome prizes.

Minimal equipment is required here, all you need is access to a wall or rebounder, some cones & also access to our training tools that we use. Every session can be done individually without the need for a training partner.

Coach Lee Joner Jones will be leading follow-along detailed training sessions. Let’s get to work!
